alot of people were asking about my disfigured figure for the past 2 years because my weight went up down up down. to the size of a fat pao, to miss anorexic, to fishball on a stick, to human to sumo wrestler and then to ... well .. now. so here we go!

55kgJuly 2008, completing my fitness test 2nd last of my class. thank god for training, or else i'd be finishing last AND the whole class would need to stay and wait for me to complete it, which would take another extra 7 minutes. university life was over, but i started going to the gym 5 days a week because having a partner there helps motivate. (and also because we were too free and nobody was available in mlk to lepak. with no more pocket money and too much time, the only cost effective idea was gym. RM50 a month, unlimited entry.) a trip to Perhentian Island, i was weighing
crazy idea of chopping of my locks for 4 years and deciding to go all out, and also helping a friend to be a model for a hairshow, cheekbones, thin arms and giant palms, i weighed
4 months of good food, cold weather, buying new jeans that fitted, denial of weighing myself and after a romanian christmas dinner with a new found interest in wine, i weighed
a last bite of chocolate pretzel, crazy new years eve, leaving the 3 celcius weather of new york to 23 celcius abu dhabi to 30 celcius melaka, and shocking my own mother with the size of my thunderthighs, 10th January, i weighed
7 days a week of gym sessions continuously, 1000 calories burnt at least a day, 5 litres of sweat, no wilson chicken rice/taiwan mee/mee hassan/noodles/durians/fried wantan/rice/bak kua/supper, a self given 3 day holiday during cny, March 1st, i weighed
final monthly gym session expired. i got lazy. did not see the point of going to the gym and seeing that needle pointing at 60 everyday despite working so hard. i resorted to doing nothing, eating breakfast with my parents in the morning, dinner with minimal amount of rice and veges and meat. occasionally snacking on dried cranberries and indulging on pieces of raefello chocolates and succumbing to foodmarathons and about 20 cups of coconut shakes. finally being able to eat taiwan mee on the 1st of april. going to the gym one day after 3 weeks, april 6th, i weighed
and today? eating normally (normally as in, normal aya normal. not.. your standard normal). going to the gym using my mind (mentally, not physically). but i promise i will start going back to ah jim's embrace soon, because my tummy is turning back to jelly and my jeans are getting tighter.
and this is the part where u need to congratulate me on my success. because the journey was far from easy. and it is only polite that you do so because i have not had such a lengthy post since... very long ago.
